The lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool(Grendell will be). Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see this number(s) until it is unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as pick the winning number(s), which can be seen here. (awaiting link)
HOW IT WORKS
* This lottery will consist of 525 tickets.
* Tickets for this Lottery are 5mil isk each, once isk is confirmed received, forum will be updated with your numbers here as well as on the website when possible. And as always, FOR EVERY 10 TOTAL TICKETS BOUGHT GET 1 FREE.
* Lottery draw date will be a maximum 48 hours after 90% (472 tickets) of the tickets are purchased.
* Ticket Numbers given are based when isk is received. For example if you are the very first to send isk for 10tickets. You will get number 1 to 10 and so on. If you don't want your numbers bunched together, send a little now and little later.
* To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character Lotto49 in multiples of 5mil with the reason field of Lotto49-19.

Lottery is complete. This went fast! Thanks guys. Grendell has had some RL issues, but when we returns numbers will be unlocked! and winner will be known, please be patient it shouldn't take more than 24 hours :) I will send everyone on my mail, using my maillist lotto-49 once grendell released the numbers :) Good luck everyeone!
